We take the safety of our clients and our chauffeurs very seriously and have implemented several different protective measures since the onset of COVID-19 to facilitate that. Each vehicle is completely disinfected before and after each trip using approved cleaners as directed by the CDC.
Additionally, many of our vehicles have begun to have partitions installed as a means of protecting both our clients and our drivers, with larger vehicles being prioritized to encourage social distancing. Along with our frequent training sessions for chauffeurs on different ways to keep our clients safe, you can count on KSTG being the luxury transportation company most concerned about your comfort and safety.
Are there any other "hidden fees" that I will have to pay when booking a 28 passenger mini bus?

How do I find my driver at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting for you at baggage claim and they will have a sign with your name on it. You will also receive your driver’s name, photo and phone number 24 hours before your pick-up time in case you need to contact them

We rented the mini bus for my daughter’s 16th birthday. Our driver (Erin) was in contact with me leading up to the event and was so courteous. He arrived right on time and let the girls play their music and be as loud as they wanted. The bus was clean and had plenty of room for everyone to relax on the ride to Philadelphia. It was a fantastic experience!

They responded to my web inquiry quickly and had a very reasonable rate for our one-way charter of 2 mini coaches. Onsite they arrived on time and the drivers were very friendly and willing to accommodate when we had to make an adjustment due to the delayed arrival of our guests. I’m usually not one to write reviews but after 10 days of travel in a large group of people with several transport companies used the transport provided from Kevin Smith Transportation group was far superior. We had very few abled body adults, and the children, handicap and luggage was quite a challenge. For this last part of our trip everything just went so smoothly. The driver Collin was such a help and took excellent care of us. He was professional and personable and I would recommend this company to anyone in need of transportation!
