Solution
This is a common theme that the KSTG Logistics Team hears. The girls 15-member bowling team is driven around in a 40 passenger bus or they are forced to use their in-house shuttle that only holds 12 and they have to leave behind 3 of their players. Buses pick up and drop off around their own schedules and let’s just say there isn’t much of an “experience” in using their vehicles.
KSTG’s solution was easy. We assigned two custom vehicles to their needs, which included a 15 passenger Sprinter Van with room for gear and a 30 passenger Mini Bus with unlimited space for a variety of equipment and school bags. Each vehicle offers individual leather bucket seats, data ports for every student, built in TV’s and DVD players for longer rides and of course a licensed, trained chauffeur to ensure every student is delivered safely and on time.
Most amazingly, when they brought us their budget to see what the numbers would look like, we were able to match their pricing, giving them a true value proposition to move to KSTG. Now, I am not going to say our school sports partners win more when being transferred in a KSTG vehicle. However, I will let you decide if a relaxed, rested athlete will outperform an equally skilled athlete that is stressed, uncomfortable and feeling rushed.
