So first, one of our Wedding Coordinators will speak with the Bride and Groom. We want to learn everything about them, what’s important, what their wedding plans are and what matters the most. Weddings have many moving parts, from out of town guests to rehearsal dinners to wedding parties, shuttling of guests and the parents of the bride and groom. Each component is a different vehicle for a different length of time.
We will then build out the logistics of each run, ensure it meets the demands of our clients, introduce them to their Chauffeurs they will work with and then prepare for the inevitable changes that always happen. We communicate with the club and keep them in the loop as well.
Now there is a secret to why we do this, why we want to crush this wedding and blow away the expectations of the bride and groom…That wedding will have more than 100 potential future clients for KSTG and we want their business. Solving these issues is fun and easy and today, we sit as the exclusive limousine and Transportation Company for this country club and more than 50 country clubs in Southeastern PA.
