Beginning on Monday April 6th, we began a transformation on how we will execute transportation, installing safety screens across our fleet and initiating CDC directed cleaning protocols between every run without exception.
As long as the “new normal” is a way of life, KSTG is committed to ensuring we do our part to make sure you return home as safe as possible. Below are some of the most common questions we are being asked and the answers we are providing. We will continue to update this Q&A as we stay up to date on the current protocols to operate as safely as possible.

In a world with COVID-19, how have you made riding in a KSTG vehicle safer?
We take the safety of our clients and our chauffeurs very seriously and have implemented several different protective measures since the onset of COVID-19 to facilitate that. Each vehicle is completely disinfected before and after each trip using approved cleaners as directed by the CDC.
Additionally, many of our vehicles have begun to have partitions installed as a means of protecting both our clients and our drivers, with larger vehicles being prioritized to encourage social distancing. Along with our frequent training sessions for chauffeurs on different ways to keep our clients safe, you can count on KSTG being the limousine company most concerned about your comfort and safety.
Going forward, how will my experience be affected by these changes?
We have always been a client-focused limousine company and that won’t ever change. We will still provide you with high-quality vehicles and the best chauffeurs in the industry. Our expanded safety procedures are part of a promise to our clients: the same attention to detail that is typical of the KSTG brand is how we operate in a world with COVID-19.
You mentioned partitions being installed, what does that mean?
Most buses and shuttles were originally designed with open floor plans, allowing passengers easy access to the chauffeurs. However, we understand that our clients want us to take every possible precaution with their safety. As a result, many of our larger vehicles are having plexiglass dividers installed so the clients still experience that open floor plan, but with the peace of mind that comes from a separate area from our chauffeurs.
Are you still offering the same services (airport transfers, nights out, weddings etc.) that you always have?
We are! While we are always going to follow safety regulations from our state and federal governments, our service model has not changed. We are still the reliable, luxury transportation service that has served the Philadelphia area for years, and we’re always available to handle all of your transportation needs.
Do you offer shuttle service to area businesses?
We do! We realize with SEPTA closures, reduced routes and other disruptions in traditional transportation options as well as concerns over social distancing, public transportation may not be an option for your employees. We can schedule daily shuttle service between locations in a disinfected vehicle for your employee safety.
What if we used services like taxis, Uber or Lyft?
Unfortunately, many industries are not equipped to modify their operating process nor is there any oversight to independent contractors and how they operate their vehicles. At KSTG, every chauffeur is an employee and part of our family, ensuring you always get the same safe experience every time you book with us.
Will KSTG offer non-traditional specialty services moving forward for those people who don’t want to utilize other forms of transportation?
We are and will continue to do so moving forward. Some of the services we’ve been doing since the beginning of April include the following:
- Wait and return trips for guests going to the supermarket or other essential shopping
- Courier service for clients working remotely
- Hourly trips for guests visiting family members
- Transfers for the elderly to doctor’s visits
