Our Story
I was planning a Wine Tour for myself and 5 of my girlfriends from work. All of us are in our early 30’s and we all have a big interest in wine. While we have a bucket list goal to head out to California, we’ve done more than a dozen wine tours here in PA and each one has been a blast.
For this trip, we booked our usual stretch limousine with Kevin Smith Transportation Group. That is a no-brainer. For this trip, we landed on Kreutz Creek Vineyard, which would be our first visit to their vineyard.
About Kreutz Creek Vineyards
Jim Kirkpatrick is the Winemaker for Kreutz Creek Vineyard. The idea of the winery started in 1989 and today, they are a successful vineyard on 3 acres of land in Wrightsville, PA. They offer a lot of dry white and red wines, dessert wines and even seasonal lines.
They host a series of special events including an Adult Easter Egg Hunt. This past February, they hosted a special Valentine’s Day celebration. There is something fun happening at the Vineyard.

Our Wine Tour at Kreutz Creek Vineyards
As this wasn’t our first time, we are well-versed on what we are looking for and how to plan for it. So when our stretch limousine arrives, we are prepared with our own cooler of beverages. This was going to be a good day.
Our arrival was met by an amazing staff who made us feel at home. You could immediately tell that it was a family run vineyard. We had a chance to sample all of their varietals and I personally was blown away by more than one of them.
We had a chance to really take in the entire experience. It was just an amazing day filled with a lot of laughs. We left excited to enjoy our stretch limousine ride back, chalking up this wine tour as another successful girls trip.
Fun Facts about Kreutz Creek Vineyards
You can host private events (thing weddings!) for up to 300 people. The layout is perfect for any sized group, however. Even a smaller event (think wedding shower!) would be perfect there.

Stretch Limousines
Kevin Smith Transportation Group offers a variety of stretch limousine options when we called them. They included Lincoln MKT’s that could handle up to 8 passengers and a gorgeous white Stretch Denali that could handle up to 18 passengers.
Party Buses
When we called, the Party Bus options were amazing. Besides all of the extra space you get, the music, televisions and other features made it a really nice option. The coolest option was that they have Party Buses for groups of to 28. For those people planning a Wine Tour for a large group, these are perfect.
Luxury Sedans and SUV’s
For smaller groups or couples, a luxury sedan or SUV is perfect. You don’t have to worry about driving while tasting all of the amazing wines that are offered at the Pennsylvania Wineries and you can simply sit back, relax and enjoy the entire experience.
Last Words
Not sure if other wineries offer this option but Kreutz Creek Vineyards will actually host a wine tasting at a location of your choice. Very cool for sure and great for a company looking to do something different.
