Thesis

A global financial services firm approached us with a request to review their existing transportation solution for potential new hires they brought in to interview.  Approximately 1,500 people annually were flown into the Philadelphia region and typically spent one night in the area.

Their current solution was in-house, leveraging an aging fleet of shuttle vans, a driver pool that had no real training and weekly problems around peak periods where they couldn’t handle the volume.

Thesis

A local charter school was looking to expand attendance and had a need for daily transportation for students living outside of their district.  In addition, the parents were also looking for a better solution than driving their children so far each day

We were handling all of the charter work for the athletic teams and the clubs so based on what they shared, we suggested they could actually bundle 6 of their routes into 3, reducing costs while still delivering a transportation solution that worked for everybody.

Thesis

A local company was looking to put together a bi-annual outing and their idea was to take their employees to NY for a Broadway show.  However, with approximately 25-30 employees, they didn’t have any idea how to coordinate travel.

They approached KSTG to see if we had any experience in arranging a trip like this.  We put them in contact with one of our Event Planners and our idea was to handle all of their logistics, from ground transportation to their meals.

Thesis

A company located in Malvern, PA had opened a second facility in Montgomeryville, PA which required employees to move between the facilities throughout the day.  They were opening the facility in two weeks and their Risk Management Team was concerned about asking their employees to drive themselves.

Their goal was to identify a safe and reliable solution that could shuttle employees between the offices and also provide when necessary, additional vehicles for larger groups for meetings.

Thesis

A Philadelphia, PA based company had more than two dozen sales people that regularly traveled across the country and across the globe.  Newark Airport was commonly used and they required a more consistent transportation solution than what they were receiving today.

Their existing provider continued to struggle with response times, had difficulty working around traditional flight delays and the chauffeurs seemed more irritated than helpful when it came to working with weary travelers.

Thesis

A global recruiting firm had just onboarded a large client that would need more than 25 positions filled in the Philadelphia area over the next 12 months.  They needed a luxury transportation partner that could provide a level of service that could deliver on the overall experience they wanted to provide to perspective job candidates.

They needed a partner that could handle the volume and had the ability to be flexible both on short term requests and on bookings that went long.  They also wanted a company that had a team of Chauffeurs who were familiar with the area as selling Philadelphia and the suburbs was part of the job.
