Safety First
Since COVID-19, we’ve changed the way we operate completely, putting the onus on safety and luxury by implementing extra safety precautions. As long as the “new normal” is a way of life, KSTG is committed to ensuring we do our part to make sure you return home as safe as possible.
We started by installing safety screens across our fleet. Most buses and shuttles were originally designed with open floor plans, allowing passengers easy access to the chauffeurs. However, we understand that our clients want us to take every possible precaution with their safety. As a result, many of our larger vehicles have plexiglass dividers installed so the clients still experience that open floor plan, but with the peace of mind that comes from a separate area from our chauffeurs.
Each vehicle is completely disinfected before and after each trip using approved cleaners as directed by the CDC. We’ve also started conducting frequent training sessions for chauffeurs on different ways to keep our clients safe. You can always count on our chauffeurs to wear face masks and frequently use hand sanitizer.
Extra Services
We know that peace of mind is important, no matter what your task is. With this in mind, we’ve added some additional services to provide a bit of a helping hand during the COVID-19 outbreak. These include:
- Wait and return trips for guests going to the supermarket or other essential shopping
- Courier service for clients working remotely

Airport Transfers
We know that as people get back up in the air, the most important thing is to stay safe while you travel. When you book our town car or limo service for airport transfers make sure you wear a mask, as face coverings are now mandatory at most airports. There will also be rules in place for physical distancing when you’re standing in queues which may slow things down a bit, so make sure you book our chauffeur a little earlier than usual, if don’t want to miss your flight.
